Very clean, safe, well known run ER. The most caring, committed, and knowledgeable staff I have EVER met. This pandemic, holy cow! My husband took me to ER yesterday, 1/13/21. Yes, I have covid-19. Yes I have pneumonia. No my husband couldn't go in with me. Understandable. Yes I was there a long time, majority of the day. But I know that providing medical care is not a job that can be rushed. But each person I came in contact with did an awesome job. Everyone was caring, and did their job perfectly. You should know that I am a CMA, and nurses make the worst patients. I was very well taken care of. Everything was done pretty quickly as a matter of fact. I was seen by Tim, PA who was VERY caring, knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable during the time I spent in ER. Take it from a nurse from CA, this is an awesome hospital/ER!

My 96 year old grandmother who is diabetic came in around 9:00am due to an urinary track infection. She didn't get to leave until 5:00pm. During that ridiculously long wait she was never offered food or water.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place!!! I am a hometown girl...I like doing business in my own hometown but this is an extremely poor example for a hospital. I have been here many times...but will not be going back voluntarily...ever again. Such a nice looking hospital...looks are deceiving!!!

Was seen very quickly and treated with respect. The doctor, nurses, and even the receptionist who checked in my son was extremely kind. I was very impressed.

I also would give this hospital a zero if I could. One of the ER doctors on staff here was one of the most childish rude men I’ve ever met in my life. He REEFUSED to do a Scan when we asked for one because he was T boned by a car going 70 mph and after that conversation he came in and would barely speak a word to us when we inquired about daddy’s condition. He left the room (no nurses in the room either )after giving him pain medicine with my dad hanging off the bed with one side of it down with his broken arm literally hanging there for almost 20 minutes! I had to stand next to him and hold him up with my body so he wouldn’t fall. Even the nurses on staff saw this and didn’t speak up and say a word to him. Not only did he not correct my dads broken arm as he said he did, he now has nerve damage and may not ever be able to use it again. Why on earth is a “Doctor” like this practicing at a hospital??? When you go to a hospital you should have the assurance that they will do their best with no questions asked. I absolutely could not or would not ever want to make something like this horrible nightmare up. My dad has worked hard his whole life and is now barely getting by. This man should NOT have a job in the medical profession!!! If a medical facility can’t do better than this you shouldn’t be practicing. Now we are Just one more of the many horror stories to come from the McMinnville Hospital. So sad.
