I will no longer use fast pace. After they verified I was covered by my insurance not only did I pay my 40.00 co-pays but they charged me a additional 35.00. I was told once my insurance carrier paid I would receive my 35.00 back. My co-pays should have been enough.

Though the staff is extremely patient and friendly, there is NO FAST PACE or URGENCY in that facility. I went in for a pre-employment drug screen, simple enough... nope. If you want to be tested for COVID-19, you get bumped up, so there's that!

took my 7yr old son this evening. we got there a few mins after 5pm. stood in line for 10 mins while they took 2 new patients info b4 i could sign in. when i did sign in she told me to wait to be called, my son has been there b4 so no info was needed. a few mins later she called his name and told me they were not taking any more patients and wasnt going to see my son. it wasnt even 530 yet. you're not supposed to turn away patients especially since im in your waiting room an hr b4 you close. they didnt even ask about why he was there!!
