Since my husband and I received our hearing aids, we've found a great lack of customer service. We cannot seem to get a return call, Tony was a no show for our hearing test, we can't get our aids cleaned regularly or fixed properly. We are currently looking for a different company to take over our warrenty.

It was a quaint little shop with a nice clean environment. They have a really cool case that shows a lot of old hearing devices that is very entertaining while you wait for your appointment! The equipment used was really cool and up to date! I got to see inside my ears via a tv screen set up to the microscope. I would recommend this place for all my family members.

I brought my 71yr. young mom into this establishment a few months ago. I'm finally writing this review unfortunately. My mom had a \complete\ ear exam with scope, and a \complete\ hearing test which I was present for both. The \Dr\ was quick to offer hearing aids costing close to 8,000, and of course financing; fortunately her credit didn't go through. 3 days after her appointment she asked me to take her to urgent care for a second opinion. Long story short, she was 100% clogged in the left ear and 50% clogged in the right with earwax. How could a \Dr\ not see this with his scope 3 days before? Hmmm... interesting. Thanks to urgent care staff, they flushed out the big chunks of wax and she could hear so so much better. If you go to this guy, make sure someone you know looks in the scope before your hearing test. This is my first bad review at the age of 43.
