I wish I could give this 0 stars! This guy came out appraised some commercial property for me and actually appraised lower than what I bought it for and after spending about 30,000 on upgrades! Hesat in the driveway for 10 minutes then came in for five minutes took a couple of pictures and left. I would not waste my time or money on this clown! He came to my personal home because I was selling my house, without permission after I asked the bank to find somebody else and then turned in a crappy report also! Thank goodness the bank scrap the report and as far as I know he’s not getting paid! Do not I repeat do not use this guy for anything! You will regret it!

This guy charged 850.00 to do an appraisal on my home!! And the value he placed on my home was so low!! He said in report bathroom needed updating! Also said kitchen was nicely updated in last year! Well fool kitchen and bathroom were updated same time! With granite to match new unclogable toilet, new vessel sink with brushed nickel single lever faucet and the cabinets in both rooms were done identical and same time. Shower tub combo is a one piece unit made of fiberglass! This guy was chosen by a loan company and you can't choose who you get and you have to pay whatever and my opinion is he takes full advantage of this!
