This place is pure comfort and is oozing with lady wisdom. I feel seen when I am here. They are helpful, knowledgeable, up-to-date and always willing to help me track things down if I can't find. Once, on a dark and gloomy day, I went up to pay and the sun broke through the clouds through the window and shined right in my face. I never go wrong here.

I fell in love with this store. The soups at the bar are vegan (when I was in there) and are delicious. All homemade by owners. They also offer smoothies. This was my first time visiting and I stopped by 3 times before leaving the area. I went a little shopping crazy lol because they carry specialty items I haven’t been able to find easily especially being vegan. Kathy is super engaging, warm and welcoming. I wish they carried vegan makeup too but I love this little gem. It will always be a destination when in town!

This is a great store. I found hard to find things like yummy sugar free with no chemicals or bad sweeteners, dairy free and gluten free. They have a good selection of frozen items and supplements. They have the nice extras like bath and body plus useful kitchenware. The check out line is fast, too. I highly recommend this shop.

Cathy and Rhonda are the best they know everything there is about vitamins so far they have been so helpful to me. And the homemade soup some are wonderful the atmosphere is warm and kind and they are more reasonably priced than the other health food store in town
