I wish that I could write a good review because I love Payless and they have good prices, but I'm sitting here While they're supposed to be open at 9:30 on Wednesdays as their door and online says, but it is now 940 and there's nobody in the building and its dark nobody there to answer phone calls? Bad business. Open on time.

Always been a fan of Payless and am bummed - it's a shame the McMinnville store is closing!! The gal said it's set to shut down the beginning of May. ️The only bright side in it is that they're having mad sales to rid stock and I, for one, am also a big fan of mad sale prices! One more 'Brick & Mortar' to fall victim of E commerce. So long, Payless. You will leave a hole in the mini square where you were and you'll be missed!
Payless ShoeSource got a 5 star rating because right when i walked through the doors I was greeted by one of the clerks with a smile and I was asked if I needed any help finding anything. I said no thank you because I was In the store just to browse. They had quite a selection of shoes, something for everyone in the family and the store was clean and free of clutter on the floor. The store was not very busy.
Comfy shoes at affordable prices, I recently had to retire my old work shoes because they were on their last leg. Their helped me find the shoes that met my work's criteria and got me going fast!
Friendly clerk. Easy to find what you are looking for. Used my birthday coupon and got a really good deal!!
Very helpful , if they Didn't have something in your size the would order for you. Very nice and friendly.
Their ok. A little spendy and the stools they have you sit on are so near the floor you need help up. If you can find your size in something you like it's nice. Good coupons sometimes.
Payless has been making a comeback with better shoes, good prices and good deals!
