We are so beyond delighted with the floating counter and shelf...and the amazing cabinet that James made for us. Our design was a bit edgy..but James got it perfectly. The craftsmanship is impeccable!!!!
Took over 8 months to get my kitchen done. The cabinets ARE beautiful but there were things (crooked handles, extra holes for hinges., missed grout in the backsplash) that were left for me to call Bob out on. There are still gaps in the backsplash grout! I had to threaten to get someone else to come do the work to get him to come finish it! I installed most of the handles after they drilled the holes. He would come do a little at a time never completing anything, not enough grout, messed up on the handle size! Left a warped cabinet door finally ordered a new one when I called him on it! Money seems to be an issue. Contract called for half a signing which we paid the asked for more money 2-3 times during the job. Asked for more money “for incentive” to come finish the job. Would not recommend this company!!
Our custom made cabinets are absolutely beautiful! Bob and his crew went above and beyond what we expected. Bob came up and took the measurements, gave us ideas on designs to fit the room, made some suggestions and did an amazing job on the installation. We will definitely use Bob on our next project and have already told family and friends what an awesome job Sheffield's Woodwork did on our cabinets.
Bob was great to work with. Great communication, worked around our schedule for our project, and turned out great! Thank you!
