Rip off. They tried to charge me 80.00 to send Toy to California. Mailed it US postal service for 24.00. Walked out and will never be back. Only go here if you can afford to throw money away.

I have been sending packages from this store for years, and have never had anything, but excellent service. I won't take my packages anywhere else. They are so helpful, and friendly. Any concerns I have they set my mind at ease. Love all the special cards they have too.
The driver placed by package containing a college textbook in the rain. It became damaged. I have been trying for an hour to file a claim and the website keeps freezing. This isn't the first time this has happened, just the most recent.
