They sent my bill to debt collectors without ever asking me to pay, and they failed to include my insurance information so my insurance was never charged, even though I know for a fact they had my insurance information and even scanned my insurance card. Having to go through the debt collector to sort all of this out has been a huge pain that could have been avoided if they just would have asked me to pay to begin with.

Have been going for my pregnancy and everyone has been so kind. This review is specifically relating to my prenatal care alone.

I've been to the pain clinic several times and the ER once for a short time and have been very satisfied with the ER staff and Dr. Ebid who is wonderful with a great office staff and has recently moved to another close- by location. They are the greatist! Although we always get lost finding the place, I've enjoyed this spotlessly clean, great smelling beautiful place with it's quaint gift shop and delicious tiny coffee stand. The gorgeous statue in the front yard has always been a favorite. I travel from Eugene and it's a hardship because I can only get this specialized care out of town which requires a long drive and paying drivers everytime out of my own pocket due to my insurance. Well, now it's time for a required maintence day surgery to replace an outdated medication pump. Frankly, after reading some of these patient reviews I'm becoming worried. Yesterday the hospital called to remind me of my surgery this afternoon...my real day is next week. Hmmm. Sure hope all goes well without any problems. I'll be sure to let you know!

The doctor after mediocrely treating my girlfriend also forgets to sign her prescription for pain meds and also doesn’t prescribe her nausea meds even though she was asking for some the whole time she was there cause we didn’t ask for it. We aren’t local and had to drive back for an hour for the signature. Only recommend if you urgently need emergency and you happen to be in the area. If not I would try to hold off coming to this one
