Your Crawl Space Guys\ dug out our very tight crawl space. They were GREAT! Timely and kept me informed on the progress. They were honest in the assessment of the need for replacement of peer blocks. (They didn't need to be replaced! YAY!) The attribute I appreciated the most, is that they seemed to enjoy working with each other! I would recommend this business!!

These guys are top notch! They fit us into their schedule, so we could get our home repairs completed on time. They came to our house on a holiday, and did more than we had asked for. They're outstanding, I cannot recommend them enough.

I'm extremely upset with the work that the Crawlspace Guys did. They were supposed to be waterproofing my basement. I have about 4 cracks and one section where the cinderblocks have actually separated about 4 inches from each other. They were supposed to do a combination of epoxying and mortaring. When I was getting a quote, they talked about digging down below the ground line to epoxy/mortar on the outside. When they got here, they didn't do any digging until I asked them, then they dug down maybe 2 inches. I emailed several times before they came out to ask for a phone call to talk through everything (because my big concrete steps are in the way of the major cinderblocking that they needed to mortar) but they only responded with email, then when they were here they didn't move the steps to seal from the outside, and they did a poor job of sealing from the inside. Although they were nice at first, when I tried to talk through my concerns, they were somewhat condescending. Can't believe I'm paying these people for such poor quality work that I could have easily done myself. Don't make my same mistake.

The whole crew was clean and tidy and careful, and when finished you'd never know what had happened through the tiny crawl space access in our MBR closet!
