Awful agency and super unprofessional. I recommend not using them.. EVER. They began by asking when we can drop off our keys, as we are moving. We then told them we talked with the Owner of the flat and that the agency can come to pick the keys up themselves on Friday. They then proceed to tell us they cannot come to us on Friday, and we have to go Monday. Never once did we sign anything with them agreeing upon having to drop them off. Yet AGAIN we had to repeat to them that we are leaving Monday morning so it's not possible, however they still told us to come Monday afternoon. Not only that, but their customer is speaking in English, so they should too. They deal with many expats in Barcelona and should speak English as the common language. Super unprofessional on their behalf. Overall, they have been made aware that we are leaving the flat for long enough for them to arrange a better way to collect the keys. It just seems like pure laziness in our eyes and is absolutely ridiculous. In summary, I suggest not using this company, unless you don't care about organization and having to run all over the city because they can't be bothered to lift a finger.

Avoid this agency! Horrible response time They don''t speak English They treat customers good when they are still receiving the rent, but if you want to leave at the end of your contract you will face many difficulties I was very flexible for my last weeks of the stay and let them in inside multiple times (even few time a day) to take the picture, check the flat condition or to show place to potential tenants. Of course this "cooperation" worked one way as they are proving now. My landlord switch the agency in the middle of the contract and this was horrible move.

Overall good experience. I lived in a flat in Eixample managed by MD Promoven for 4 years and 1 month. They were helpful twice, when I needed extensions and I never had any issues with not getting responses like other people mention. MD Promoven also returned most (89%) of the 1500 in fianca I had paid 4 years ago, once all electricity/water bills and final cleaning was settled - within 1.5 months, which I think was fair and reasonable. If I needed a rental flat again, I wouldn't hesitate to get in touch with MD Promoven.

Despues de un mes de haber entregado las llaves mes devuelven menos de la mitad del dinero de la fianza y me dicen que el resto se vera el mes que viene ala espera de los proveedores de suministros osea 2meses para devolver la fianza,lo nunca visto!! cuando yo misma les e mandado las facturas que incluso van mas haya del dia que entrege las llaves y aun tube que estar llamando para hacer la entrega de llaves porque nadie me llamaba en fin muy poco profesionales no los recomiendo y espero me sea devuelto el resto de mi fianza

No soy de escribir reseñas, pero acabo de firmar mi renovación de contrato con la inmobiliaria y estoy muy contento con el trato y su gestión. Hace más de 5 años que vivo en uno de sus pisos en Sant Antoni. Me lo entregaron reformado y Rosa nos ha ayudado con cualquier problema de filtraciones de agua o vecinos que hemos tenido.
