I am very displeased with the service from this branch. My account was closed due to too much etransfers. I have a huge family that lives all over Saskatchewan and during this pandemic we sent money to each other. My account was closed without notice! When I called the branch they told me they sent me letters which I did not receive! I have banked with them for 11 years and needless to say, I took my banking elsewhere! DO NOT bank with them!
0 stars DO NOT BANK WITH CIBC I won lotto max close to 6000 and a week later of depositing my money I still dont have access to the funds. I cant wait to close my account and never deal with them again. it's such an inconvenience. I had to hire someone to drive me 4 hours away thinking I won money boy was i wrong... i had to hire someone to take me back home with my kids cause i was thinking i was going to buy a car... cibc took that away from me i spent over 1000 JUST hiring to and from saskatoon (4 hours away) and the cab rides around the city.. in reality cibc owes me & should at least give me back what i lost due to them holding MY money and causing the inconvenience of my troubles.
