Easter pictures turned out beautiful!
Ordered daughters soccer pictures. They gave us someone else’s pictures, different team even. The coach tried following up and was directed to have us contact directly. So I did. Left a message with all the details. Get a call back asking about my son (daughter as explained in my message) and the name. I provided and explained the situation and was polite, was told. “Yea I’ll look it up and call you back.” Never heard back. Been over a month we have been trying to get my daughters pictures. Left another message. If the pictures are gone admit fault and let’s find a resolution. So far experience has been very unprofessional and disappointing.
