Went to the store having the mindset to buy a chain. Simply asked to see the book that has all the chains I could order from and the lady in the store said I’m busy with someone else. I understand you are but I don’t think it take that much time to hand us a book to look while we wait. A side to her not handing us a book to look at she was pretty rude and had an attitude. Definitely not the service we were looking forward to.

Shopping at Jared for my fiancées engagement ring was the best experience that I could have hoped for. Throughout the experience Jessica Braxton (the store Manager) was incredibly helpful, honest, and patient with me as I worked to pair the perfect diamond and setting. We had various diamonds shipped and returned as I looked to find the perfect value for the price, and we ultimately settled on a ring which was very well priced for the value. As part of my larger search for rings I spoke with other reputable dealers such as Diamonds Direct, and found that they would be unable to come close to Jared’s pricing for a ring with the same carat weight and designer name. All in all, the experience was great, and my fiancée is walking around with what others thing is a 10k plus ring (although I paid far less). I recommend working with Jessica and her team if you are looking to buy the perfect ring without breaking the bank.

The worst Jared of all. Take the drive to Durham and get professional service. The staff are not trained to work with the customer. Waiting for a call back from the district Manager 3 weeks.
