I just wanted to take a minute and leave some feedback of my new dentist office. I normally dread going to the dentist but the crew here at Lane & associates are great! They are very friendly and they really make it as pleasant as could be. Always friendly staff up front with Jessica and the dentist in the back are so pleasant. I felt no pain during my procedure and they are genuinely caring folks. I just want to give credit where credit is due. If you are considering a dental visit, I strongly encourage you to give this office a shot. Thank you all at Lane and associates, you all are great!!

I have been a patient at Lane & Assoc for a long time. I have had some not so great experiences at their Durham office, but LOVE Dr. Davis who used to see perio patients there. I made an appointment today to have 2 teeth extracted at the Mebane office & really liked the staff but was sent off with a referral to see Dr Davis before they extract. I called to make the appointment and the earliest they can see me is 2 months from now. I needed these teeth pulled last year but COVID ruined that. The doc who sent me away described one of my teeth as being so loose that it will fall out if he blows on it. The thing I HATE about this entire practice is that they continually make me feel like my time doesn't matter. **Updated Review** The office manager at the Greensboro office put me on the cancelation list and was able to get me an appointment sooner. Luckily I wasn't working today because I normally don't have time to make so many phone calls to schedule a procedure that should have already happened. I have added 2 stars from my original review.

Lane & Associates is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone is so sweet from check in to check out. Special shout out to Kadriane and Dr. Crain for making me feel so relaxed and welcomed! I never thought I would look forward to going to the dentist. I highly recommend this place!

On my first visit they told me my insurance was canceled. I had to go out to my car to call my insurance. Then my insurance company had to contact the office directly. After they were contacted the receptionist advised I was to late for my appointment because I had to do her job, but another lady said they could still see me. My second visit I was scheduled for extractions, but on the same day they realized there was a waiting period for my insurance to cover the services. I ended up paying for oral surgeon for no reason at all. I asked how much would the services cost me out of pocked and they said they would submit to my insurance and they would contact me. I also needed deep cleaning, I asked how much it would cost me out of pocket because of the waiting period and again never got contacted. Gladly this is not the only dental office. They also have wonderful offices like Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry that allow you to pay out of pocket for services and don’t assume that your only option is the insurance company.

My Wife’s Dentist referred her to “Lane and Associates” to have her Wisdom teeth removed (because of health issues and her teeth were squeezing together). She was in her visit for a whopping 3 minutes and the first 2 minutes was asking her about her work life and our family. The last 60 seconds was telling her he could not do the procedure, and that “she should have had it done when she was younger”! We were charged 110 for a “consultation” and have a “great day”.
