I went to this outlet store 2 weeks ago. I was looking for a specific item, a 5.5qt Dutch oven. While I was there, I spoke to Hope and asked a few questions about the item. She stated that the 5.5qt is sold out in any color and she would not know when they will get them. She asked me if I wanted to be on the waiting list so when they get the items, they will give me a call. So I said yes. Today (3/1/21), she called and told me that they have the 5.5qt available. I was so excited and headed to the store. I am so thankful for Hope and the great customer service she provided. She is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. Would go back and buy again!

Great selection of cast iron and ceramic cookware, in many colors. They even have accessories and good quality utensils at decent prices. I appreciate the ladies who were here for my visit, as they were friendly and answered all of my questions. Great sales and specials, too. I will definitely be back.

Such a wonderful trip here! While I forget the name of the employee who helped me, she was great! I was the only customer in the store so we were able to share some recipes and she gave me advice on some of her favorite pieces to use while making those recipes! I will definitely be back and hope I will see the same employee again!! I need to update her on the cobbler I made in my Caribbean 9 by 12 pan!

One of my favorite stores at the outlet. They have the store organized by color, which is extremely helpful. All the sizes of cookware, cast iron, non-stick, and bakeware are on display and easy to touch and interact with. The staff are very helpful and will let you know about sales and offers. Tons of good deals to be had here.
