What a great dealership. We live about an hour and a half away from Appalachian Harley and I wasn't sure if it would be worth the time, it certainly was. Things started with several phone calls with Don in sales, Tony then took over (it was Don's weekend off) with Joe's initial help. Anna in accessories was great to hang out with. Dylan in parts and service was super helpful. Alyssa in financing was awesome with walking us through ALL the paperwork and got things together seamlessly. Overall it was a great experience and was definitely worth the trip!, even considering the ride home was in the dark, in below freezing temperatures, doing 70 on the PA turnpike. I think the next time I buy a bike here I'll wait for warmer weather. Ride safe yall.

Appalachian does it all the right way. The sales team is top notch and not pushy at all. I bought my bike from Logan and he made the experience a lot of fun. The service department has something like three or four master mechanics to make sure your bikes are running smooth and loud. They are currently the only Dealership that offers the riders safety course for free and they stamp your permit when you pass. The best part of it all is when you walk in you feel welcomed. It doesn't matter if your a vet rider or a beginner. Once your part of the family, they treat you like family.

This was our sixth Harley-Davidson purchase from AHD between my husband and I. Don always seemed to be our salesman and we would seek him out. He has been the best with customer service and working with us over the years and most recently. There has been a change in the culture at the dealership which made us feel more invited and the dealership willing to work with us on our purchase. We are looking forward to going back to AHD for future purchases and service.
