Three days before my vacation trip, I broke my expensive glasses (\u003e500.00) that were purchased from my local eye doctor's office. Because the frames couldn't be repaired and because my local eye doctor wasn't able to provide me with a new pair in time for my vacation, I researched Eyemart Express online and placed several phone calls to the store. The employee assisting me on the phone was very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I decided to visit the store to see if I really could get a pair of progressive eyeglasses in time for my trip. Upon entering the store, I was greeted and asked to register. I was quickly given the opportunity to look at all the frames without any pressure from the employees. In minutes, an employee approached me and offered assistance. The entire interaction was positive and I was given honest information about their products and service. I was able to order one pair of clear progressive glasses and one pair of progressive polarized sunglasses with the commitment that they would be ready in two hours. I left the store and within 65 minutes, I received two text messages telling me that my glasses were ready. I returned to pick them up and the excellent service continued from a different employee. I was able to go on my vacation and wore both pairs of my new Eyemart Express glasses. Amazing to receive the service and product as advertised and I have shared my experience with many of my friends.

Less than 1-1/2 hour between walking in the door and picking up 4 new pairs of glasses. The staff was polite and efficient, and I'm a happy new customer. At this price I can afford a pair or 2 more in something fun, so I'll be going back!

Excellent staff and experience at location. Ordered two pairs of single vision glasses which were ready in 52 minutes. Received text message with status on order. Did not find staff rude as another reviewer posted nor Covid restrictions out of the ordinary. Was in location at noon and 630 and both times staff were friendly and eager to help.

Do not everrr come here. Rudest employees ever. And then the “6ft away” comment. I’m sorry but no other place I’ve been to has actually followed that. We walked out immediately
