I have had a great experience with LifeStance! First I had an appointment with psychiatrist who was incredibly caring and thorough as she asked about my symptoms with anxiety and came up with possible solutions. When I mentioned that I also wanted to pursue therapy, but was overwhelmed with the process of finding a therapist- she offered to connect me to a therapist that she thought might be a good match for me in my practice, which was super helpful! I had my first appointment with the therapist yesterday and he was awesome! He was very compassionate and understanding. He listened to my problems and made me feel heard- but he also offered helpful insights about what might be going on inside my body that is causing my physical symptoms of anxiety and things we can work on to help relieve that. 10/10 would recommend this practice to anyone!!!
