OfficeMax tends to have some specialized products that you just can't find in other retail stores. Most everything can be found for less money online,but when you need something in 20 minutes and can't wait two days for Amazon to get it to you do what you gotta do. Prices are quite high on most everything, but the service is better than average as far as retail goes.

Went in for printer ink. There was no reference guide, tried to look it up on phone, poor signal. Was there about 15 minutes, was the only one in the store and nobody offered any help. Three employees just stayed up front chatting it up. Couldn't find what I was looking for, so I left. Had a better cell signal outside, logged into Amazon and got want I needed. Why did I bother going into a store!!

Having been there numerous times there's always been someone helpful. I've noted at least three different supervisors at different times have been available and all feel like they really want to help. On occasions where I've asked a question that A salesperson could not answer, they willingly called someone else the story who was the resident expert. Teamwork seems to be alive and well.

I went to this location for the first time today to get my portfolio printed (very large document). This first time there was a miscommunication between me and the print center associate, Dakota. However for the second print he worked with me to try multiple different paper types until we found the perfect one. He and the assistant manager Ben even put in extra effort to make the paper type I needed work despite the fact that at first it wasn't going properly through the printer. I would definitely recommend this location, and especially Dakota and Ben, to help you with your printing needs.
