They left my mother waiting for an hour and a half after sending her to the wrong area and when she went to check to see why she wasn’t being called they said “oops sorry, you’re in the wrong area, we forgot about you. You’ll have to wait longer now.” She was the first appointment of the day. Is the office staff so incompetent they couldn’t remember that the first person in wasn’t who they saw just a few moments earlier?

These ppl do not treat you as being important. They have left my daughter in the room for a ridiculous amount of time with no explanation. Won't be going to them ever again. If you have all day to wait then go for it, if not I dont recommend going to them.
