Used to be good under prior owners, then seemed to became more about the money than the clients. A couple of questionable deals left a bad taste in my mouth. Convenient for Bell Creek neighborhoods. They have expanded the offerings in the last few years. In my opinion, there are better alternatives in the area.

Had several issues with keycards at 530AM for months and with working 12 hours a day, I had no time to resolve the problem. Money was always there so I knew it couldn't be a payment issue. 2 months went by before I recieved a call from their accounting department stating that I owed 180! How does a 30 gym membership turn into 180 over 2 months!? Furious, I called the gym and much to my suprise, someone answered. The woman informed me that payment hadn't gone through so there was a fee as well as the monthly membership had gone up. The next day I had available I made arrangements to meet her at the gym to sign my cancellation papers. I asked her why I had not been contacted, she responded with "we sent out an email"... And that someone from billing should have contacted me... They hadn't. I realize that I got a replacement debit card with a different expiration date, but wouldn't it make sense to be contacted the instant payment is declined? By the end of the conversation the receptionist told me they were losing people due to pricing changes and to write down what it would take to keep me. I wrote down a fair settlement for the position they have put me in and was told that the owner herself would call. A week later, I call to check back before i signed with another gym, same answer. I guess that was her way of saying screw you just as this is mine.
