Horrible organization. Me and my friends bought Meet and Greet tickets for Imagine Dragons that suppose to include Photo with the group. We were said that we will get photo from 24 to 48 hours. Now, after 4 days, we already sent 3 emails and they just ignoring them and no whatever answer.
