I received a rather aggressive email from this company (send by Mr. M Hardin from the Swiss office) A two-line email containing 2 spelling errors and addressing me by first name. For a company that wants to make a first contact with a director of a multinational company.... That is maybe not the way to create a trustworthy impression impression. I would never do business with a company that treats potential clients like that. Update 3030_09_30 After posting this review I was approached by the company to offer their apologies and explaining the measures taken to prevent this from happening again. I am very satisfied that the company took the appropriate measures to deal with the situation, and show they can be professional
