I had identified a vintage trailer in Michigan, but I live in New York. I was able to schedule an inspection of the trailer through email and phone calls. Communication was very good. Now the trailer is in New York!
The staff here are super. I arrived for my appointment and the staff immediately started working on my problem and they were able to fix my awning and replace the pull down strap in just a few minutes. From my first phone call, through the repair and even paying the bill everyone was friendly, fast, and professional. Well done. I will use them again next time I break something. Thanks.
Great experience with the mobile techs from B.Frank RV Service. They were able to inspect & seal both roofs of our travel trailers. Going to visit the shop and have the roof coated on our travel trailer that travels between Florida and Michigan next week.
I called and received same-day service. Service man was on time Was very courteous and best of all corrected our problems on our hot water heater. I would definitely recommend B Franck RV Sales & Service
I called b frank rv after I called terry towne rv and was told they couldn't get our camper in until next month but they recommended b frank so I called on monday 5 days before we were to take it on vacation. I dropped it off monday night after work and thursday it was fixed. I picked it up thursday after work and the lady out of the office asked if everything was ok and wouldn't leave until she knew everything was ok. Many thanks to everyone at b frank rv including the repair man who wouldn't leave on his vacation until ours was fixed.
