My favourite dessert (ice cream, donuts and more) shop in Medellin. So this is a vegan dessert house, but it is so amazing it is better than non-vegan dessert places. There are so many ice cream favours and pretty hard to tell which is best! My favourites are: John lemon, Funky, Monster My biggest surprise are the donuts. I have tried several in the city...and not even the traditional ones are that good. The texture is so amazing. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE VEGAN. I do not remember the names but the cherry, beer and pineapple flavours are my picks! Do not miss it!

Super wonderful and delicious, vegan ice cream. If I stay in the store for too long, I will eat everything. The donuts are yummy also.
I really like this place. One of the best places for ice cream in MDE despite it being mostly plant based. I'd really like to see Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream being made here. They specialize in niche flavors and Mint Chocolate Chip is a flavor very popular in most of the world but almost doesn't exist in Colombia. I go here often.
Delicious vegan ice cream! Amazing and lovely staff. I ate one of the best chocolate cheesecake that I've ever tried. I really recommend this place! 100pts!
Great place for ice cream and with a lot of vegan options. They also have a working area where you can sit with your laptop and chill. Staff is super friendly.
like to think of myself as a vegan ice cream aficionado. I'm so thankful I found Sharbets. They are hands down the best vegan ice cream I've ever tasted in my life. A large scoop at Sharbets is the definition of guilt-free because they pride themselves on loading each flavor with fruits and veggies for sweetness and color. They've done an amazing job replicating the texture of ice cream without using milk or eggs. Golden Eye (Chocolate) is my favorite because it's sweetened with orange and carrot - and you don't feel heavy after eating it. They have three other vegan flavors (brainfuel berries beets, fresh orange, cucumber, mint, spinach, colombian power spinach, banana, mango, carrot, passionfruit) and one flavor made with yogurt (snow guanabana, coliflor, and lychee). You won't regret visiting this place. I've never tried anything like it!
The first time I had Sharbet donuts, it was super oily and I was so sad because there ice creams are bomb. I tried the donuts again and it was so delicious. Not oily and super fresh. I tried it again and the same satisfying results and I have tried all the flavors and they all bomb!! Sharbet knows whatsup in the vegan world :)
Delicious ice cream! Most of them are vegan, some are made with cow milk or yoghurt. All ice cream can be tasted, very good service. They have all ice cream made with fresh fruits and greens (like avocado and egg plant) all taste good. Yummy!
