Never had a bad experience here. The workers truly care about their customers and as long as you treat them with respect they will treat you with respect as well. I see a lot of reviews stating service was unable to fix their issue, why not bring it back in and state what they did didn’t fix it instead of taking it somewhere else? Some times it takes a few looks to find what’s wrong and I have never had an issue with them fixing multiple of my vehicles. Sales people are very friendly and informative and they will always give you the straight answer instead of sugar coating things.

We could get a comparable vehicle in the make, model, year and price range at a number of dealers throughout wisconsin/minnesota. Always good to compare, but i've always strived to keep our vehicle purchases at local dealers. This dealership was truly a shining star! Would do business with again. Look forward to bringing in our vehicle for service when needed. The whole transaction with the used vehicle purchase was quick and easy. Very enjoyable experience.

Took truck to them to find out why it was pulling hard left and shaking. After they supposedly checked everything, did alignment and test drove it, I got it back and it was just as bad as before. The receipt even says \much better ride\. Took it to a trusted repair shop and they immediately noticed the driver side tire had busted a belt. New tires and it drives perfect again.
