I needed to hire some equipment from abroad for a production in Birmingham. Media Dog made the whole process easy and worry free and delivered/picked up the equipment at the production location in Birmingham, as agreed. The equipment was in good shape and I am grateful for the worry-free experience. I look forward to using their service next time I'm in town.
Very bad service. Take ages to reply to emails, if you get a reply at all. I asked about a dolly for hire and was assured they had one available for my shoot, took them a whole week to tell me that they didn't have what I needed but found me an 'alternative' at well over going rate and on a Friday night too before shooting on a Tuesday so it was impossible for me to source an alternative. Avoid and use a more reputable rental company.
