I have been trying to fill a script which has been filled at this pharmacy multiple times for over a month with no answer, no message, no closure notice on google which is the simplistic thing to do. I finally get an answer and some gentleman gets on the phone and tells me he’s closed and has been closed, no greeting, no other options extremely unprofessional I HOPE U STAY CLOSED Shady.... shady.... shady.... note to owner— contact google and make them aware of ur closure so people don’t even have to call, and if they do call have a polite answering machine with a nice message excusing ur lack of or inability to serve your patients at this time and that u hope to be getting back to serving the community in a timely fashion. DUH... takes a few seconds.... Leaving a good taste in people’s mouth instad of a dead ring until someone rudely says we’re closed and have been closed. Reviews are the key to business in 2021 come on get with the times.

I recommend Medica because Dr. Joe is what you hope a doctor would be- genuine, sensitive, attentive, personable and passionate about what he does. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they have what they need. There's no insignificant or dumb question; everyone has equal value to him. I'm happy his pharmacy exists because his work helps people to heal, sometimes after months, without a solution. It's helping people find their confidence again, experiencing breakthroughs, and still living a great life despite their issues. His work gives hope and results to people who tried other things that failed. I can't forget his staff who is a great part of what makes Medica amazing- they are kind, friendly and professional. Dr. Joe and Medica are truly a rare find in their field. I'm grateful for their work and it's my pleasure to recommend them to you.
