I have purchased a few things there and get my CPAP supplies there. I do most of my business by phone and get good customer support. When I call, they promptly give service! I have MS and don't get out much, so phone service means allot to me.

I know why this company has a 2.3 review now. I was told I was “purchasing “ a cpap machine and my deductible would be 2 payments of 60.00 and then supplies every so often after that. They have been deducting a charge monthly because now they say it is a lease. My husband can testify that is NOT what we were told! I’m taking my machine back to them tomorrow. And not only will I not use them again, I will tell EVERYONE I know. Very poor business practices and patient care. They should car salesmen or something like that. This is not the field for them!

doesn't even deserve a star. Did not break up my payments into a manageable form. Turned it over to a collection agency. ONLY then could I set up auto pay. Never using them again.

Not good. I am crying as I type this. Jaime who works there has not been helpful AT ALL. today after 5 calls in two weeeks she finally reset my CPAP to the prescription she received over 10 days ago. No one called to say they got the perscription from my doctor. I got the info by finally calling the doctor back. She left me sitting in the waiting area because her children and a friend were partying in her office. Waited for 22 mins when I got there (with no one there). I am beyond upset. Don’t suppose I’ll get a response but maybe it will save someone else.
