The owner is so sweet and always goes out of her way to make sure you find exactly what your looking for. Prices are always reasonable and she always gives some kind of a discount. I moved away and still drive the extra distance anytime I need new scrubs.

The customer service was exceptional - needing only one color - she checked her supply room several times to make sure all of the sizes and styles were available. This shop is a gem.

So about four weeks ago I went to the medical shop scrub shop in Zephyrhills next to Little Caesars pizza. I ordered to scrub tops And paid to have them embroidered with my school logo. I just got the call today and went to pick them up and this is what went down… The amazing woman who owns the store and works there explained to me that she ordered the tops and gifted me a third top in the style that I liked but didn’t order out of the kindness of her heart. The delay was because the lady who embroiders them had a family emergency and accidentally put the logo in the wrong side. She reordered the tops I ordered and had them done correctly and STILL ordered me the third top as a gift. On top of all that, she offered me the three tops that were done wrong for free. I did decline because I could not wear them and she said she could donate them to a local church instead which I thought was an awesome idea. I am a repeat customer here many times over and I cannot recommend them enough. So kind, so honest and fair and I urge you all to go there for your scrubs and medical supplies like your pen lights, shoes, stethoscopes and more!
