My 85 year old mother is in a facility and needed a hospital bed. I called her Medicare carrier and they contacted Welcare who then contacted me. I worked with a lady by the name of Cindy who provided excellent service and follow-up. I will be returning here for all medical supply needs and recommend everyone I know.

Excellent customer service. We needed to quickly find an electric wheelchair with special features for my 96-year-old mother. In two separate calls,my husband and I both discussed what we needed with our rep. She was patient and answered all of our questions and ultimately helped us find the wheelchair we needed. In an earlier call, we also got excellent service also. In this day of impersonal and often impatient service, these interactions were professional, pleasant and very much appreciated.
The service was outstanding! Miguel, who recommended an electric wheelchair for my father, was absolutely wonderful. He worked with my Dad to get it to perform correctly and perfectly. I would highly recommend Welcare medical supply.

I placed an order for one of my clients on a Tuesday for a hospital bed and they arrived at this house on Thursday. Caregiver was very impressed with the quick turnaround from time order was placed to receipt of his bed. She also stated the deliveryman was very nice and she remembered him from a previous delivery. Welcare Medical has quick, reliable services, and their staff is always helpful, prompt and friendly!
It was a bit of a trip to get there but the lady at the desk was totally nice and made it is worth my time to come in and get my diabetic shoes.
