I wish that I can give them a zero rating. So I was scheduled a trip to take my daughter to her doctor appointment which was 300 miles from our home. We was approved for the trip and received an email confirmation verifying mileage reimbursement, lodging and meals. After attending the appointment I submitted my trip logs, receipt for meals, and discharge information with doctor signature attached as requested by MTM. I had to resubmit this same information repeatedly because they always had an excuse as to why it couldn't be approved. I corrected and resent information various of times even with the help of their customer service representatives. Fast forward, today I found out after multiple submissions that it's passed the 60 day window. These people are liars and have no intentions to help their clients.

Money under the table then you can be a provider with good trips. Kickback. Hope one day OIG Office will investigate why long distance trips are done but short distance trips are not performed. If you are friend of the managers you will have work as a provider. Very suspicious activity.

Posting for a friend who has been dealing with cancer and extreme pain issues. Drivers drop off in a different city, don't answer their cell phones, usually don't return for HOURS, if they even return; leaving him very uncomfortable while he's waiting. Often can't get employees to answer;driver OR the office. This definitely needs someone in to a look into this.
