The service is excellent. As always, experience counts. My health needs changed over time. I couldn't anticipate the changes. That being said, they took the time to work through all of our questions and concerns. It took several hours. The result was more than satisfactory. My wife and I ended up with plans that met our needs and within our budget. The follow up was great and they still answer questions when we have issues.

Tim Hanbury and his office manager Mary Brandes have done an amazing job walking me through this entire Medicare process which is overwhelming with all the different plans and decisions.
