MEDILODGE OF CAPITAL AREA

I am so happy that the good Lord blessed me with my job here at Medilodge. I enjoy the interaction with the residents and also all of the Medilodge staff. They are awesome and caring. They make sure that the residents have what they need in a timely manner. This is definitely an amazing place to work. The staff here really care, they make residents part of their family. Like all facilities, sometimes the staff are short, or something can go wrong. However, they truly strive to fix any problems right away and make this the best location for loved ones.

They need to investigate this place! I have a family member that was treated like absolute dirt. Also, it’s comical to see the nurses smoking away in the car. Please avoid this place at all costs! This is a real review. Very short and snotty with the elderly!!! Avoid at all costs! The elderly do not deserve this abusive treatment!!!! Also, smells like piss. Everything about it is awful. “I’ll be right back” -never see them again! (Staff) Zero empathy.

Your loved one will not be taken care of here, they're extremely short of staff. Your loved one will be lucky to be bathed twice a month, left in piss soaked sheets, and dehumanized by staff. If you truly love them, you'll take them elsewhere.

This is a great facility. the therapists are excellent. They also have some great nurses and CNAs. The building is always clean.
