I am a nurse at Medilodge of Frankenmuth. We have a wonderful staff who truly care about our residents. Our management team are very helpful. We also have a covid recovery unit that is completely isolated from the general population, with staff dedicated to that unit only. Physical therapy and occupational therapy on the covid unit and the general population side are both excellent.

I would give you ZERO stars but I have to give at least one. What are you all doing over there? First, my grandfather was diagnosed with Dementia. So, you call us to come pick up and tell us that YOU CURED HIS DEMENTIA and that he signed himself out. Well, let me call the President because NO ONE has cured this ever!! Then you call us AGAIN to tell us he signed himself out and he has been waiting for us to come pick him up. WITHOUT reading his file that he has a POA! Oh, but I forgot that YOU cured his Dementia. You need to be shut down, YOU ARE NOT qualified to run this place. WE have reported you to the State of Michigan!!!

Very hard to get ahold of staff for questions and details concerning the patient. As an PA for a loved one i was never informed of changes to her care and staff was nonchalant when i brought this up. No thx....im done.. most good reviews come from workers..sooooo theres that. Not recommended

My dad passed here on June 30th. He was a Korean Vet. They half starved him to death. His beard whiskers was in his mouth. I never recieved all his personal items. Grace Hospice abused my dad,too. I hope on your death bed you have a nasty beard and are hungry. TERRIBLE

This is the WORST PLACE EVER for the people you love. They treat their patients terribly to the point of death. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMMEND THIS HORRIFFIC ESTABLISHMENT TO ANYONE. The people who work here should be in prison.
