I have worked at Medilodge of Lansing for a short while but have been totally amazed by the dedication and team work the staff have had here. I work with the residents on our behavioral care unit and am grateful to see our residents supported by the staff, physician and psych team who better our residents by identifying new coping skills, better ways of interaction, maintaining their personal care and medications. In my short time I’ve watched these residents learn to live better with their mental health and have improved their own quality of life thanks to the team here at Medilodge of Lansing.

Medilodge of Lansing is a wonderful place to work. The team here is great to work with. They are very supportive and understanding and I feel valued as a person and not just as a co-worker.
I have worked at Medilodge of Lansing as a social worker for about 5 months now. I find myself being most impressed with the leadership & teamwork of this facility. The administrator is willing to listen and go out of the way for his staff and residents. Residents health care is number one priority at Medilodge of Lansing. This is displayed through our Social workers, CNAs, Nurses, Physicians, and Psych team. I am thankful to have such a great opportunity to working along the side of Medilodge of Lansing’s IDT while attending school to obtain my Masters Degree.
Medilodge of Lansing was such a great place to start my nursing career as an LPN and while I grew as an RN! The staff are all SO kind and helpful and truly have the patients best interest at heart. The staff truly cares about their patients and treat them like family. I learned so much at medilodge and have recommended it to friends as a great place to work and learn a lot of knowledge!!
Medilodge of Lansing works very hard to give top quality care. Their quality measures show this in the 5 Stars in Quality in their 5 Star report. I would not hesitate to place my loved ones here or even myself if I needed nursing care.
