I am an agency nurse. I was assigned to work at this facility for 1 year and 6 months. I worked evening shift. I enjoyed working here. The residents were great and very funny. I had a lot of fun. The staff is really professional and caring. Sometimes you would have less than good days, but that's a part of any facility. We would all come together to make the best of the situation, to provide great care to our residents. Great Teamwork is awesome!!!

Upon not being able to visit family since there stay there he was not turned every two hours and has six open wounds and was at two othere faculties around the same amount of time and had no open wounds

My name is Jana Wager and I've been working here for 9 months now. I have worked @ other facilities for the past 4 years. I have to say this is the Best place to work, and I call it my second home ️ and why? Because the staff is unbelievably wonderful, and I love all the residents. I take the time to listen to them, talk to them and it makes me feel like I am part of their family. This is my dream job and I enjoy this facility each and every day ️

Food is Not based on healthy guidelines for specific diet types, such as cardiac or diabetic. Too much starch served too. Nursing staff is great as is Rehab and Respiratory care. Too few CNA's ALWAYS. Care is barely adequate for incontinent and dependant residents!

Staff is hard working, caring and dedicated . Residents all seem happy, content and clean. Facility is well kept, updated and cozy. Care is provided in a family friendly atmosphere that goes above and beyond for both residents and their families!
