I went in on the recommendation of a friend. Sales woman answered a phone call when she was half heartedly trying to help me and talked to the person on the phone for several minutes-not sure it was even a customer- while I was standing there waiting. I asked questions that seemed to frustrate her. We finally were getting somewhere when another customer walked in. The sales woman addressed the new customer who was looking for the "sale items". The sales woman actually started walking the new customer back to where the product was located. I said...."I just have one more question". The sales woman said "I'll be right back." That's when I told her I would go buy from someone else and I left the store. For her sake, I hope the other customer bought, cause I won't buy from them.....Oh also, no pricing on the slabs. You have to walk around with a clipboard and write down the information on the products you are interested then go back to the helpful sales force to get the prices. If there was an option for zero stars that's what I would select. This kind of "customer service" is worse than having no sales people at all.

My experience with Medimer Marble and Granite in Sacramento was exceptional. I called to see if they had the Granite in Black Galaxy that I needed to match the granite in the kitchen that we were doing. Vlad actually went out and checked to be sure it was in stock so that I did not make a wasted trip. He quoted me a price which was in range with the other granite providers. My experience was a Great one! Their customer service is excellent and Vlad was pleasant and extremely responsive to all my requests and needs. He did everything he could to be sure I was a happy customer. I highly recommend Medimer Marble and Granite in Sacramento, CA for your building supplies.

This place is huge and one of the premier places to purchase your natural stone in Sacramento. They have a huge range of colors and types of stone in stock. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you're looking for new granite, marble, travertine, limestone, or onyx I would highly recommend going to Medimer.

Edit: Management fixed our issue. To our pleasant surprise, as soon as the product came in to Medimer, it was hand delivered to our home. I'm glad they took a bad experience and made it a good one. Thank you Management. -We still won't use Allysa for any services because she never apologized for her mistake and the dirty looks she gave us were uncalled for, but there was another girl there named Chrystal who seems very pleasant. Allysa made recommendations to us for our bathroom back splash then wrote down the wrong order (bar liner instead of stripe liner) then proceeded to blame us for her mistake. We paid a premium price for this product. You'd think they would treat us with more respect but instead of apologizing, she just gave me a very rude stare-down. Not very classy. Allysa honestly lacks the class to be working at such a pricey store. 10 pieces of 6 inch tile and 11 pieces of 6 inch striped liner came to 205 dollars. At that price they should treat their customers better. Since we live so far from the store and since it was Allysa's mistake, I asked Allysa's supervisor if she could mail us the product when it came in. She said they would charge to mail it to us. Their mistake, our consequences. That's not how I ran my business.

My experience at Medimer Marble & Granite was very poor. As a repeat customer I expected Medimer to cater to my wants and needs for my project. Medimer not only sidelined me with terrible customer service there Employees had repulsive attitudes. Along with high prices and terrible customer service I recommend staying away from Medimer Marble & Granite.

BEWARE, sold me bad old marble tiles that three installers refused to install it. The manger refused to give me store credit or exchange. i was charged 25 percent restocking fee for 600 sq instead of 160 sq foot tiles that i did picked up. . The manager is evil n does not know how to run a business that is why they are run out of business....i will see them in court..
