The review stated rate this place, not Helen personally. I give Helen 5 stars but some of the staff deserve less than one. The supporting staff, especially those in charge of prescription refills leave a lot to be desired. They fall dismally short when it comes to returning calls, actually refilling a prescription or showing even a minimal of effort for the patient.

Dr. Helen Torok has been my dermatologist for over 5 years. Dr.Torok has extensive expertise in medical and cosmetic dermatology. As a nurse, I appreciate her professionalism and knowledge. She spends time teaching patients and answering questions. The office staff are professional and courteous. I have never had to wait longer than 20 minutes at any visit. I highly recommend Dr. Torok to my friends and family.
