Ordered on Tuesday night and did not get delivered. Said they phoned to say they were outside but I got no phone call. I asked did they knock and the reply I got was no because it was late. I asked for a refund because it didn't turn up and they said no because it was my fault it didn't get delivered. Will definitely not be ordering from here again. If your going to deliver something bloody knock on the door. The reciever is expecting you to knock not stand outside and then leave.

Absolutely disgusting how expensive it is to then get a small instead of a large that is cold also then takes ages to come I have used this place for years and it has slowly just got worse and worse I will not use this place ever again and i sugest u do the same im tired of paying loads of money for late cold food I hope this place closes down !

Waited 3 Hours from time of delivery. Still no order. Called 5 time's \it's on its way\. 30 minutes later,no order. Asked for a refund, told that would be a problem as staff don't speak English. Person on phone on been there 4 days, needs lessons on customer service, very rude and not at all helpful!!
