As expected Andy has done a terrific job. A couple of old staircase pictures posted to give an indication of the improvement. As reviewed by other customers, Andy was very competitive on price. He was professional in how he approached the job, from the very first visit to provide a quote, through to the job you see on the pictures. We are really pleased with the final result.

I have just had the wonderful experience of dealing with Medlock Staircases. From the moment I contacted Sarah and Andy til the moment the job was completed was seamless. The standard of workmanship is brilliant. I had a full new oak and glass staircase fitted along with the oak steps as well and it looks fantastic. Andy was a lovely polite man and I felt safe leaving him in the house alone while I went about my daily business. It is a costly job but I feel the quote was very competitive for the work completed and well worth it I would have no hesitation recommending them to any friends or family Thanks Andy and Sarah
Andy is such a lovely guy who is professional on all levels. He is a pleasure to deal with, is honest, trustworthy and reliable plus there was hardly any mess at all as he cleans up as he goes along. His workmanship is fabulous and he had finished the job within the day. He completely altered the look of our hallway, we love our new staircase and everyone has commented on it as they walk through the door - you cant help but look and admire. I would 100% recommend Andy
Another Happy Family adding to the positive reviews of Medlock Staircases. If its cheap you want, look elsewhere. If you want an absolutely outstanding service from start to finish, then get these guys in, you will not regret it. Andy came round, discussed all our options, with samples. (The quality of materials they use is second to none). We know this staircase will probably see us out! We can't wait for our carpet to be laid to finish off our Hall/Landing. What a great company... The service I received was second to none . Medlock were extremely friendly and professional and kept me updated all the time. They were prompt on appointments and reliable. The quality of the work totally transformed out 1970,s stair case and home and my wife and I are overjoyed with it. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to do the same. Steve Cavender
