Cheap product quality and service!! Fraud company !! Be careful from this company. They are cheaters. There service quality is extremely poor. We purchased water heater 2 years back. when it stopped working we called them for service. They told us to deposit the service charge in company account for getting service of the product. Even after depositing the amount, they did not provide the service and took the money also and when i tried to contact them they did not receive the call. When i filed a case in consumer forum still i got no response from the company.
