This "gentleman" comes off as a real nice guy when you begin a project with him, but it goes downhill from there. He agrees to do work on your timeline and terms, then will disappear for weeks on end, finally showing up when it suits him while disregarding any inconvenience that may result for the customer. Work is middle of the road only. We had 40K in work that was supposed to be completed before Canada Day weekend, we are in October now and items remain unfinished, some never got done at all. There are also quality issues with part of the work done, but he does not back up his work once he is paid, again, he's gone. Typical contractor it seems. Ended badly. AVOID
