Paul is very rude and there are much better outfitters in the area. Hunting is supposed to be fun and you won’t have any at Lone Tom Outfitters. Not a popular person with the local community also.

The owner is the rudest person I have meet in a long time. Does not care about anything except himself. He needs to retire and stay at home out of the public. He is well known in the local area for being the grumpy old man of Meeker. Beware!
Lone Tom is an absolute class act. Paul treats you as family from the time you arrive at the ranch until the minute you leave, elk in tow. An old school outfitter with years of knowledge and know-how, you just can’t go wrong with The Lone Tom.
I have been hunting with Paul since 1998. Paul always delivers a top notch hunt, and his personal drive to help you succeed is what makes his hunts very special. Thanks Paul for all of your help over the past 18 years, you have a new client in my son, who thoroughly enjoyed his time in Meeker and his first Elk hunt! We will be back soon!!
