There are no words to describe how grateful I am for not purchasing a money pit. After the second inspection, which I am so grateful was discounted because buying a home is expensive enough, Joe inspected the home of our dreams and answered all questions without hesitation each time. Report was easy to understand and software was easy to use. I was even able to create my own request list. I will highly recommend to anyone I know buying a home!

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and Joe was already there. Very thorough and honest. I didn’t not feel judged, he me feel extremely confident about my purchase even though this is my first home and is what I can afford. I already knew it needed work but Joe found a lot of important electrical safety issues and areas where moisture could enter that I was unaware of. I took care of these things when negotiating so I didn’t have to pay a ton of money that I don’t have myself. I appreciate you all so much!
