Clean and tidy rooms. The view from the balcony was so wonderful I will fall short of words. The room service and hotel staff is very helpful as we were new they gave us an idea how to explore the city around. The breakfast which was served was so healthy and delicious with fresh fruits. Good hotel within reasonable rate.

Lovely stay @ Hotel Balm. Spotless and very clean rooms. Well maintained. Very polite and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Beautiful landscape behind the hotel. Free public transport offered by the hotel. Quiet neighbourhood. Complimentary free bottles of water on checkout.
Wonderful hotel! Room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. No AC but we didn't mind. Food there is really amazing. Reception was lovely.
It has a beautiful garden and a cozy playground. The BBQ dinner was also very good.
