Reserve the food if you want to go there. They advertise a lot but have limited dish each days. Leicha (擂茶) is tea powder with nuts, a Hakka drinks with snacks. Different from SEA version with rice, but both vegetarian and vegan dish. The restaurant looks touristy, yet fun for first time visitors. There’s free Hakka outfit for free that you can try, Leicha is 150TWD/ person with some snacks. Everything else charges extra. But some items there with store logo are not even made in Taiwan, will not recommended you to get it. Food was good, specially recommended cabbage and peanuts tofu which are specialize dish in Meiniung(美濃）. However, tobacco rice set (菸葉飯）just ran out few hours after opening... if you like to try it, call and reserved it in advance. Overall it was a nice experiences but will suggest the store to notify guest what’s the remaining dishes and how long you need to wait before entering. Better communicate to set up guest’s expatiation helps!

This is a super authentic tea house. Recommended.
Such an interesting place to experience a traditional Hakka style tea time. Every customer has the opportunity to grind mixture of nuts, sesame, red bean, rice crisp, etc. The ground powder mix with hot water creates a delicious drink/porridge. The taste reminds me of my childhood.
Lots of Hakka snacks and friendly owners but not the cheapest place in town to buy things

擂茶DIY 氣氛濃厚也很好喝 建議從餅乾改搭配麻糬 會比較符合古老氣氛（情節設定：我們是員外夫人） 服務人員親切 裝潢古色古香 換裝區拍照的立意很好 但道具幾乎都壞了 紙傘等既然壞了還不如收起來
物超所值！服務員很漂亮很和善 麻糬很好吃 每次來必買！ 幸好今天來得及買了最後3顆 古風的店面有傳統的味道 150其實很便宜 可以問服務員不懂的問題 他們知道一定會給出回覆 態度很好 面帶微笑 會好好的教導怎麼去磨擂茶 可以聊天 可以問美濃景點 他們的回覆真的很棒！
服務生態度真的不好，沒有必要特地來到美濃這邊體驗擂茶，這邊的份量很少，東西都一咪咪，點個麻糬花生粉用完再要一包也不肯，不給沒關係，但是那個嘴臉...擂茶反被雷。說實話跟北浦擂茶完全無法比，北浦隨便一家都比這裡大方態度又好
