Sadly experience... you want to shop local even when it cheaper from the Internet... you get there, they have the product on the show room they have two products in stock but they don't know if the product has been sold or not... The only way to know if the product is available is to wait for a colleague that is in a break or come back... This way to do business is not good i don't know how long they will stay working that way. Bad experience i will never come back even if we were interested by some other products. Not recommended.

Went to three shops before that one for a chainsaw chain. They were the only one able to make me a custom one. They did make it too long at first but shortened it for free the next day while apologizing. Good service.
Great bbq and garden store. Knowledgeable staff, queues can be long at the weekend especially in bbq season
