Buying house with SPB(taman nuri) was a nightmare.. Got the key in Feb 2020..House was built not followed the SNP agreement..complaint lodged unfortunately it has been denied by them..First complaint yet second complaint has been submitted.. Next step had to drag things to tribunal..we'll see.. Just beware guys.. P/s: I heard they recently received the top quality award from CIDB? ..the funny things, my house has more than 100 bloody defects to be fixed..
